Good Evening Ya’ll!
I can’t believe it’s already July 1st. Who else is excited for the 4th of July? This is my favorite holiday besides Christmas. My family and I have always been big on this holiday and we have seemed to create our own family traditions with it. My grandparents have lived at the lake ever since I was a little girl. So every fourth of July we would do our normal day of spending it out on the lake skiing & tubing following that with cooking out, being in a boat parade, and watching fireworks. Every kids dream right?! Well a couple years ago they decided to move down to the beach near 30A so we made this video to have our memories with us. You can watch below ( I cry like a baby every time I watch it lol) :
Goodbye to the lake house
But hey, we are here to make new traditions & I can’t wait to see what we come up with this year 🙂 Anyways, I figured I go ahead and share one of my Fourth of July outfits for you guys. This cute little top is only $14 from Target and I found some cute slides to match for only $11! I’m feeling really festive so be prepared for more red white & blue!

Helloooo beautiful people!
The fam and I went out to dinner last night to The Bay. This is one of my favorite places to hangout , eat, & have a drink. Their sushi is outstanding. Basically EVERYTHING on the menu is delish. It’s located off 331 if you’re ever traveling to 30A.
Anyways, I’m all for a little crochet & lace! Found this cute little top for only $22 on a trip to Forever 21. I’m wearing a M and it has little buttons on the back ( super cute ). I had originally paired this with some cute nude flowy pants but they were super wrinkled so ya girl had to find another option lol. But I think this skirt is just as fitting and it’s from F21 as well! I’ve been finding a lot of adorable pieces from there lately and the good news is that’s it’s super affordable if you are trying to add to your closet. I’d love to hear all your forever 21 finds!
Hope you guys have had a wonderful week so far. Talk to you soon.

This morning I woke up and literally thought it was Tuesday. I’m glad it’s Wednesday because that means one more day closer to the weekend. The past couple days I’ve been off so I have constantly been running around on 30A finding picture hot spots & wonderful food places. The food trucks in Seaside are my absolute favorite and it’s always a hard time deciding which one I want to indulge in.
Instead of the food trucks, the other day Justin & I decided to go to Great Southern for breakfast which is in Seaside also. Mannnn let me tell you how good their breakfast was. I ordered the eggs benedict with gouda grits and it was absolutely so tasteful and AMAZING. Justin ordered pancakes with sausage and it was just as good. By the end of it we cleared our plates so I’m sure that can get my point across. My family & I usually eat dinner there but their breakfast was just perfect as well.
Anyways, lets chit-chat about my favorite two-piece for Summer so far. This little number is only $13 and yes it includes the top & shorts. I was wondering why it was so cheap but when I received it , the material was perfect and I could not wait to wear it. This was part of my she-in splurge right before school let out. They are actually having a huge sale right now so you can click here to view it. Would definitely purchase a few items while this is going on.
This Memorial Day weekend is looking a little bit rainy for the gulf coast so let’s pray it gets better! Have a great hump day!

Monday Blues? No, I am not talking about the Monday blues you think I am. Today has been a great day! I am so sorry I have been MIA lately. My schedule has been so busy going from finals to on a cruise to 30A for the summer.I’ve been such a busy girl and just now have started to settle down. Luckily, I finally got my photographer back for a couple days and what can I say he’s getting to be a pro!
I am loving all of these blue pieces lately. To be honest, I would have never worn these but once I tried them on I fell in loveeeee. The fact that they were under $30 too was a plus. The colors on this halter top caught my eye and they paired perfect with these high-waisted pants. This top was a good steal of only $13. Fun fact… I got the lucky chance to wear this outfit in Little Big Town’s music video two nights ago. I can’t wait to see it even if it’s just a clip 🙂
I hope you guys have a great week! Shine bright my darlingggsss and don’t always forget that being YOU is the best thing you can be.

Happy Thursday Babes!
Don’t you have those days when sometimes you just wish you were a kid again? When your only worries were getting home after school to watch Nickelodeon or drinking HI-C? Well for all you 90’s babies this was the life! That’s why I was so thrilled when I found this cute 90’s top for only $6. I am wearing a size L and their tees do run a little small so beware! The shoes I am wearing were on repeat last Summer for me and I actually found a dupe for under $20 at Old Navy .
Justin & I just got down to the coast today and are about to enjoy a relaxing weekend. Definitely much needed after all of the finals we just studied for. I’m sure thats the case for some of you as well. I’ve had to pack 3 suitcases because Sunday I am meeting my best friend in New Orleans to go on a cruise! YAY! I planned all my outfits and let me tell you that is the best way to pack for a trip if you don’t want to overpack. Of course I write everything down but that is just me being completely EXTRA lol. Anyways, I hope all of you guys are enjoying your week. Only one more day until the weekend!

I couldn’t be more excited to be one day closer to the weekend. Tomorrow I will be heading back home to Memphis to hang out with my family for a baseball and shopping filled weekend. I definitely need a break from studying for finals , which I am currently doing as we speak. This summer I will be on 30A so I wanted to see them before I left! Next week, I am doing a blog post on why I will be there all Summer and what’s in-store for me so be on the lookout. I am so looking forward for the next week months. There is no other place I’d rather be that at the beach. Not to mention my bestie and I are only 10 days away from our cruise. My heart is filled with so much excitement!
I don’t know about you guys but I am obsessed with anything that consists of rainbow colors. The gorgeous bow details of this peplum checkered top on the back are just amazing to me! This top is only $13 and runs a little small so I would definitely size up. The colors on this blouse are perfect for summer and pairing it with these yellow J.Crew shorts was just icing to the cake! These shorts happen to be just $26 on sale and come in navy & yellow.
Well I guess I am going to get back to studying. Hope you guys have a great day!

Cotton Candy Ice-Cream on a Wednesday? I think yes. I honestly can’t remember the last time I had an ice-cream cone but this has to be my favorite flavor of all time.My two favorite colors with a bunch of sweetness, sounds good right? My friend Farrar and I had a craving for it this afternoon considering how darn hot it was outside.
Anyways, I couldn’t wait to show you guys this adorable blouse I got a couple weeks ago. It is still stocked in all sizes and is only $8! Yes I said eight dollars. I am wearing a medium for reference. I have been skeptical from buying from SheIn just because it is SO cheap but honestly if the product has good reviews then you are good to go! It was one heck of a bargain and the material is great & light for Summer! You will definitely see this top paired with a cute pair of white shorts later this season.
I am about to start studying for the night so I figured I’d make this short & sweet. See you tomorrow babes!
