Our little guy turned two last week! We had the best weekend with family and friends celebrating. Hudson’s birthday theme this year was “Hudson’s Story”. Buzz and Woody are his absolute favorite so we figured this would be the perfect theme to turning TWO. It was definitely a hot day but we managed to have so much fun and munch on some yummy food. I received so many questions about our tees! I made them myself – if you’re in need of a custom order visit my graphic tee business By The Sea Designs and send us a message!

Our balloon decor was done by the BEST! Balloon Bash is one of our favorite businesses on the Gulf Coast. We’ve used them three times now and their work is literally PERFECT. You can follow them on Instagram HERE : @balloonbashevents_ . They do the most beautiful balloon arches and are always so sweet! For this party, they created a balloon arch for our back patio and one for our welcome sign.

Since it was such a hot day, we decided to bring out the splash pad we’ve had all summer and we also ordered Hudson this neutral bounce house from Amazon. You can shop it HERE. We decided to purchase one to have for future parties and events + to enjoy this fall/winter when it gets cooler on the coast. The quality was absolutely fantastic and the kids loved it! It comes with a blower, tote bag, basketball for the basketball goal on the side and a dart board. So easy to pack up and takeover to wherever you want!

The mini amazon picnic table I ordered this year has been an absolute hit. The price was so good and it has held up pretty well over the past few months. We used this table for the “Kid’s Table” for the party. I purchased the bamboo plates from Target which can be found HERE as well as the rustic plastic cups. The bandanas and sheriff badges came from Amazon!

The food table was one of the most challenging places to decorate. Our kitchen table is not that big so I had to manage lol. I found this beige tablecloth at Michaels along with the cloud paper. When we were in Disney we took some photos at the All Star Movies resort with the toy story figurines and they ended up being so cute in the photo frames I found at Target which ranged from $3-$5!

I ordered the cake from Lacey Cakes in Ocean Springs MS. It was so delicious (I rarely eat cake and I ate the whole piece this time) It was just the perfect flavor and everyone LOVED it. She makes the most beautiful cakes! I’ll link her Instagram HERE for those of you on the Gulf Coast. For the cookies, we chose Brenda’s Iced Cookies. She made Hudson’s last year for his first birthday party and they were all gone in just a few seconds! So yummy and she always does a beautiful job.
I purchased the plates, banner and napkins from Amazon which can be found HERE. Our cake stand was a wedding gift from Pottery Barn.

Overall, we had the most wonderful party – let me know if any of you have any questions below! Feel free to also message me on Instagram @trendykenziee! Thank you so much for reading.
XOXO,
Kenzie
