Is anyone else excited that it is already Tuesday? I’m currently hanging out writing this post at my favorite coffee shop in Starkville. If you ever happen to find yourself here maybe for a football game or something, I highly recommend Strange Brew Coffeehouse . I have been coming here for years and nothing else relaxes me more than this place and their outstanding coffee! Talk about some good blueberry coffee now..

This cute graphic tank is only $14 with additional savings at checkout. I am crazy for soft tanks like these to workout in or just a casual day top especially with a pair of leggings. I can’t link these leggings on the like to know it app but I’ve linked them here on my blog. They are from gap factory and are only around $24 with more savings at checkout. Such a great bargain on this workout outfit!!

Now onto my FAVORITE PAIR OF SNEAKERS. I was so pumped to find a not just an adorable pair but comfortable too. I wear these like they are going out of style. New Balance have always had great quality sneakers and they last a long time in my opinion. I love the champagne & cream colors. These have a perfect color combination for my wardrobe .

Lastly, my Kendra Scott necklace is a necessity . This one is such a pretty silver pendant necklace. I love simple jewelry and if I get stuck on what to add to my outfit I usually go with Kendra. I’m pretty sure you get 15% off your first purchase if you sign up with your email.

Thank you for reading! Hope you guys have a wonderful Tuesday!

My Favorite Spring Sneaker

Well a very good morning to my blogging family & viewers,

I hope all of you are off to a great start this morning. Today is a very casual day for me  & who doesn’t at least like to have two of these kinds of days a week ( inserts raising hand emoji lol)? This week is going to be a crazy one for me with two tests, work, & still trying to get my spring break / summer body. Who knew you could lose four pounds by just cutting out coke & sweet tea? Y’all this has been a challenge; but once you go without it for so long it’s the easiest thing to accomplish. So take the challenge!

Anyways, Justin & I decided we are going to take a trip to the coast for the weekend so I am very joyful about that especially after all the stress I am about to encounter for this week lol. Pray for me!

So let’s get to the main point & talk about my favorite Spring sneaker. We all need a few that we love, right? I usually follow the Nike or New Balance trend but I ABSOLUTELY love these. These comfortable sneakers are from ALDO & come in more than ten different colors. Which is great if you have many different patterned workout leggings or shorts like me. I am wearing a size 8 & truly believe they run true to size. The price tag is only $80 & I think that is a wonderful deal considering how well made they are.

Thanks for reading!

Wednesday Workout

Today I would like to share with you guys some of my workout goals for this year & some of the rules I have to stick by to succeed. First lets talk about how CUTE these tennis shoes from ALDO are. They come in many different colors and are under $80!! I love them so much and I hope to get them in other colors as well.

This past year was super BUSY for me & at some point I lost track in keeping up with my fitness which was super BAD & unusual of me. I don’t know about you but when I don’t workout & eat junk food I feel terrible. I was constantly contemplating on what I could be or what I should be doing instead of ACTUALLY doing it. But this time I am driven to succeed and get back on track.. that is once I fully get over this sickness of mine.

A few rules to abide by:

Stay Motivated

-One of my motivations is obviously cute workout clothes duh. Some advice of mine is set your goals & once you achieve those goals reward yourself with something but in my opinion do not reward yourself with junk food ( My friend David who is a personal trainer told me this). It could be clothes, a new water bottle, book, etc.

Stop Procrastinating

-I can’t tell you how many times I have done this. STOP doing this & make time. Making time is something I need to work on myself with such a busy schedule & work on top of that. Sometimes I just feel like I don’t have the energy to but once you do you will feel so much better about your body & yourself.

Just Do It

-Get out there & workout! Freshman year of college believe it or not I was super fit. I was dead set on not getting the “Freshman 15”. I worked out Monday-Saturday. I constantly went to yoga (which is very good for stress) and barre classes that were being offered at the gym. Running was my new best friend. I had lost 15-20 pounds just by taking care of myself and eating healthy. I started burning almost 1000 calories per class when I started kickboxing at the beginning of last year. It is INTENSE let me tell you but once you walk out you feel GREAT! It just takes commitment & you believing in yourself. Once you get into a workout routine its hard to stop. You have to start somewhere so start now.

So with that being said I am going to take my own advice and start a new fitness journey this year.
